All of ELIA dress garments are shipped from the Lithuania via secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free regular shipping on all orders. We ship all of our products worldwide.
We offer two ways of delivering the package: free regular shipping or express shipping.
Free regular shipping service delivers the package within 5-10 working days following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched unless it’s a hectic festive period that can increase the delivery period significantly regardless of our quick dispatch efforts.
Express shipping service delivers the parcel within 2-5 working days following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched. The express shipping price range differs from 10 EUR to 50 EUR / order, depending on the size and weight of the package and destination chosen. Shipping fees are not included into the price and will be added to your order during the check-out process before the purchase.
When returning a parcel, the client is responsible for the shipping costs of both ways, meaning that these amounts will not be included in a refund.
